David Rosas and Patek Philippe have a long history dating back to 1984, when David Rosas stops outside Patek Philippe’s headquarters at 41 Rue du Rhône in Geneva and asks to speak to the head of the Portuguese market.
With enthusiasm and well-delineated ideas, he describes his store and his position for a niche market that until then was not being boosted by previous brand representatives in Portugal.
From that moment David Rosas becomes the exclusive official representative of Patek Philippe in Portugal.
In 1989 David Rosas achieves what can be considered a feat in the luxury world. It is associated with Patek Philippe’s 150th anniversary celebration. Organizing an exhibition and gala dinner attended by numerous personalities and a hundred watches from the Patek Philippe private collection. The biggest attraction is one of only three copies of the then most expensive and sophisticated mechanical watch in the world, the Caliber 89.
Over the years, the relationship between the two companies has evolved to the present day, with the ambition and potential inherent in both parties, always faithful to the initial commitment.
As a nationally exclusive representative, the range of models available in David Rosas stores is vastly greater than would normally be found in different stores in other countries.
Those who visit us will most likely find the model they are looking for.
