Since its inception 150 years ago, Zenith has had a pioneering role in the development and production of accurate, reliable and complex watches.
Its founder, Georges Favre-Jacot, started a real revolution in the industry when he brought together all the professions related to the art of watchmaking in a single space and, consequently, discovered the very concept of manufacture. This integration decision brought all the knowledge and independence necessary to create unusual mechanisms that constantly undermined the assumptions of time measurement. Over time, Zenith watches have registered more than 300 patents and beat the absolute record of earned prizes in the area of timing, surpassing the 2300 distinctions.
